4.2. Use of documents and related graphics on this site is for information and/or personal use only any copies of these pages saved to disk or to any other medium may only be used for subsequent viewing purposes or to print extracts for personal use.

5. Severance

If any term under this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable that term shall be severed from this Agreement and shall not in any way effect the legality, validity or enforceability of any other term under this Agreement.

6. Jurisdiction

Unless otherwise agreed these Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

1. Introduction

TPL is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to this web site. This Privacy Policy is designed to let you know what data we collect about you, how we store it and how we use it. This website is operated by JRW whose registered office is at 3 Lloyds Avenue, London EC3N 3DS and is registered in England at Companies House registration number 03891021.

2.3. Dealing with other people - To comply with data protection legislation, the request of many of our policyholders and to make the managing your policy more convenient, it is our policy to deal only with the person named on the policy who contacts us regarding the policy.

If you would like someone else to be able to deal with your policy for you on a regular basis please let us know. In some exceptional circumstances we may also deal with other people who call us on your behalf. If at any time you would prefer us to deal only with you, please call to let us know.

2.4. Exchanging Information - We exchange personal information with other approved organisations for underwriting and fraud prevention purposes and for the purpose of fulfilling claims. We may provide such information to others where required or permitted by law, and the Data Protection Act of 1998.
