QCan I buy the policy over the telephone?

ASorry, Salonserve Insurance is exclusively available online.

QCan I be covered for Advanced Electrolysis and or Cartilaginous Piercing?

AYes, if you have a minimum of two years experience our Salonserve Pro policy has the option to add this cover for £15.00 per year.

QHow do I renew my policy?

AWe will send you a reminder email two weeks before renewal is due. This will invite you to update your cover requirements and renew the policy. Providing you do this prior to the renewal date continuous cover will be maintained.

QThe Public Liability cover is on a "claims made basis", what does this mean?

AWe will pay for all covered Public Liability claims that are made within the period of insurance or within 60 days of expiry. If you choose not to continue your policy with us, or move to another insurer you are advised to ensure that run-off cover is in place.
