Tasker Ventures Limited was formed in 2011. The company seeks to make investments in small-middle market companies operating in the UK and European financial services sector.
We are looking to invest in buyouts, buy-ins and recapitalisations, as well as providing growth or development capital. TVL made it's first investment in Lloyd's Broker Tasker & Partners in 2011, which it plans to use as a strategic partner for future investments.
In February 2012 TVL completed the acquisition of Maestro Insurance Services Limited.
